Trade Aid is a not for profit organisation made up of several parts reflecting the work we do as a retailer, importer, wholesaler and development agency. All of these parts form what we call the Trade Aid Movement.

Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers what are interested in doing something practical about injustice, helping global artisans improve their lives through fair trade. We will provide full retail training and a unique retail experience. If you have a few spare hours a week and would like to make a difference please email the Manager at Dunedin@tradeaid.org.nz or pop into our store to find out more about volunteering with us.

Requirements

Friendly, reliable, honest, proven customer service skills

Volunteers are required to provide a current CV and two referees.

Full training provided in both customer service and fair trade knowledge

Time commitment

We are open 7 days a week.

Volunteers are required for one morning or afternoon shift once a week, minimum 3 hours to be arranged with the Manager.
