Are you a current international student keen on helping out prospective international students? Listen up! The International Office is looking for current international students who can be available to assist delivering Orientation information seminars.

We are looking for friendly, positive and outgoing volunteers to:

• Welcome students to the seminar

• Assist with checking ID's

• Deliver documents to relevant department where necessary

• Help students with declaration process

• Give directions

• Give out information

• Answer questions

Seminars run between Monday 17 - Friday 21 Feb and last up to 2.5 hours - up to one hour of support prior to the seminar, some support during the seminar and then immediately after the seminar.

Full training will be provided on Friday 14 at 10 AM for all volunteers (max 2 hours). You will be supported by international office staff at all times and you will receive a Global Citizen University of Otago T-Shirt.

Requirements

We are looking for positive, friendly, and outgoing students who can commit to help with at least 3 seminars over the 5 days.
