Description

The International Office is looking for current international students who can be available to assist delivering Orientation information seminars. Seminars will run between Monday 7 July and Friday 11 July, and last up to two and a half hours - up to one hour of support prior to the seminar and some support during the seminar.

You will be welcoming students to the seminar, assisting with helping students with the declaration process, giving directions, giving out information and answering questions. You may also help checking ID's and delivering documents where necessary. Volunteers will receive full training and a Global Citizen University of Otago T-Shirt.

Requirements

• A friendly, positive and outgoing attitude

• Attend training Friday 4th July at 10 AM (max 2 hours)

• Be able to support at least three seminars over the five days

Time Commitment

Training: 2 hours max

Seminars: 7.5 hours (three seminars)
