Purpose
Turn your podcast idea into reality! OAR FM is looking for those that are passionate about creating their own podcast/radio show.
Description
Do you have a story to tell, a cause to champion, or a passion to share?
Whether you're an individual or part of an organisation, OAR FM can help bring your podcast to life!
Podcast and radio is a great way to share your interest, your culture, your music and conversations about the issues important to you and your community - and it's a lot of fun!
The team will meet with you to discuss your idea and decide if it's a good fit for our platforms and sits well with their available funding.
No experience? No problem! They will train and support you to be independent in the studios.
They provide:
Studio access and technical training
Guidance on structuring and producing your show
A platform to share your voice with the community
Requirements
Commitment to a minimum of 10 episodes
Good time management
Willingness to learn to record on studio equipment (training provided)
Open to workshop ideas and refine content to meet broadcasting standards
Time commitment
Studios are available weekdays 9 AM - 5.30 PM
Flexible recording times can be arranged
Available for 10 weeks + training
